Sugar Corn Pops
Recipe for Sharon's Famous Corn Pops!
- 1 large bag of Corn Pops
- 2 cubes Butter
- 1 heaping cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 cup Cashews (optional)
Melt the butter completely. Add sugar and water. Cook on medium high heat, stirring constantly, until it's a caramel color.
Pour over corn pops (and cashews if you like) and stir, making sure to coat the corn pops as evenly as possible!
