Sugar Corn Pops

Recipe for Sharon's Famous Corn Pops!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large bag of Corn Pops
  • 2 cubes Butter
  • 1 heaping cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 cup Cashews (optional)

Melt the butter completely. Add sugar and water. Cook on medium high heat, stirring constantly, until it's a caramel color.

Pour over corn pops (and cashews if you like) and stir, making sure to coat the corn pops as evenly as possible!
